  • Date: March 28th, 2026
  • Location: Adair Outdoor 1000 Yard Range
  • Entry Fee: $20 per participant—all proceeds go directly to the Yuma Child Burn Survivor Foundation
  • Format: A fast-paced, skill-testing challenge where shooters engage steel plates at 600 yards. You’ll have 12 shots and just 3 minutes to rack up the highest score possible. It’s a test of precision, speed, and strategy that rewards bold choices and steady nerves.

This charity match is designed to be accessible yet challenging, drawing shooters from across the region to unite for a worthy cause. Spots are limited, so register early to secure your place and contribute to helping Yuma’s child burn survivors thrive. The event will be limited to 40 shooters.

How the Challenge Works

Push your long-range shooting abilities to the edge in this unique plate-based scoring system:

  • Targets: Six steel plates of varying sizes at 600 yards—12 inch, 10 inch, 8 inch, 6 inch, 4 inch, and 2 inch.
  • Scoring:
    • 12-inch plate: 1 point
    • 10-inch plate: 2 points
    • 8-inch plate: 3 points
    • 6-inch plate: 4 points
    • 4-inch plate: 5 points
    • 2-inch plate: 6 points
  • Rules: Each plate can be hit for score only once. If you successfully hit all six plates and still have shots and time remaining, you can continue targeting the 2-inch plate for massive bonus points—each additional hit on the 2-inch plate is worth a whopping 21 points!
  • Time Limit: 3 minutes to fire your 12 shots.

This setup creates an exhilarating “all or nothing” dynamic, where top scores could soar into the triple digits for those who master the tiniest target under pressure. It’s not just about hitting steel; it’s about outsmarting the clock and supporting a cause that truly matters.
